Alex Kooser - CEO

My name is Alex Kooser, and I grew up surrounded by the world of real estate. With my mother’s induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, I learned the values of self-discipline and hard work from an early age—principles that have shaped who I am today. As a two-time Ohio state placer in wrestling, I developed a strong sense of accountability and dedication, traits that served me well throughout my career. I went on to earn a Division 1 wrestling scholarship at the University of Tennessee, where I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business.

After college, I ventured into the highly competitive field of medical device sales in South Florida, spending eight years in one of the most prestigious roles in the industry. I advised top surgeons on innovative technologies in the operating room, honing my skills in communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building.

Despite my success, I felt the pull toward something more personally fulfilling. I made the decision to leverage my business acumen and sales experience to build my own path in real estate. Today, I help motivated sellers find quick, efficient solutions for their land and lots, allowing them to unlock the value of their properties. This career shift has not only enabled me to pursue my passion but also to spend more time with my loving wife and our two beautiful daughters.
